Rent freeze for all tenants

The Government recently confirmed all residential rent increases would be frozen for 6 months.
This is effective from March 26, 2020.
Approximately 6000 of our customers would have received a rent increase letter from us in recent weeks that talked about a rent rise that would start from March 26 – this rent rise is not happening.
We are working through resolving the required changes to those customer accounts and will be in touch with those impacted, in writing or by phone as soon as possible.
