Listed below are the local board areas where we are delivering new homes. You can click on each area to see maps and information about our local activities.
The Albert-Eden Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Point Chevalier, Waterview, Ōwairaka, Mount Albert, Mount Eden, Morningside, Kingsland, Balmoral, Epsom and Greenlane.
The Devonport-Takapuna Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Sunnynook, Milford, Hauraki and Stanley Point.
The Franklin Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Awhitu Peninsula, Karaka, Ardmore, Clevedon, Whitford, Maraetai, Kawakawa Bay and Orere Point as well as the townships of Pukekohe, Waiuku and Beachlands.
The Henderson-Massey Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Te Atatū Peninsula and Te Atatū South, West Harbour, Massey, Massey East, Massey West, Lincoln, Ranui, Henderson, Western Heights, Glendene, Sunnyvale.

The Hibiscus and Bays Local Board area includes, but it not limited to, Waiwera, Hatfields Beach, Orewa, Millwater, Read Beach, Silverdale, Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa, Gulf Harbour, Army Bay, Stillwater, Okura, Long Bay, Browns Bay, Mairangi Bay, Campbells Bay.
The Howick Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Pakuranga, Howick, Botany, Flat Bush and East Tamaki.
The Kaipātiki Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Beach Haven, Birkenhead, Chatswood, Bayview, Birkdale, Northcote, Glenfield, Hillcrest and Totara Vale and Marlborough.
The Mangere-Otahuhu Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Mangere and Otahuhu.
The Manurewa Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Clendon, Wiri, Totara Park, Goodwood Heights, The Gardens, Manurewa, Homai, and the coastal suburbs of Weymouth and Wattle Downs.
The Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, One Tree Hill, Onehunga, Oranga, Penrose, Mt Wellington, Panmure and Glen Innes.
The Ōrākei area includes, but is not limited to Ōrākei, Meadowbank, Ellerslie, Glendowie, St Heliers, Remuera, Saint Johns, Stonefields, Kohimarama and Misson Bay.
The Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Ōtara, Papatoetoe, East Tamaki, Puhunui and Manukau Central.
The Papakura Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Papakura and parts of Drury, Alfriston, Takaanini, Hingaia, Red Hill, Rosehill and Pahurehure.
The Puketāpapa Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Waikōwhai, Mt Roskill, Three Kings, Royal Oak, Hillsborough and Wesley.

The Waitākere Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Waitakere, Swanson, Te Henga (Bethell's Beach), Anawhata, Piha, Karekare, Whatipu, Huia, Cornwallis, Parau, Laingholm, Titirangi, Glen Eden, Oratia, Waiatarua.
The Waitematā Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Auckland CBD, Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, and Westmere.
The Whau Local Board area includes, but is not limited to, Avondale, New Lynn, Blockhouse Bay, Kelston, New Windsor and Green Bay.
