Tracking our performance
Since the appointment of a new Board in mid-2024, we’ve been making significant changes to strengthen our financial sustainability and refocus on our core mission of being a responsible landlord who looks after our homes and tenants and serves communities well.
OIA and proactive releases
Kāinga Ora proactively publishes a variety of information which includes responses to selected Official Information Act (OIA) requests, quarterly housing statistics and other proactive releases including Cabinet papers.
Build partner publications
Kāinga Ora values our relationships with our suppliers and build partners. We proactively publish guides to ensure build projects meet our standards and reflect our design principles, and we are committed to keeping our partners informed with news and industry updates.
