Design guidelines
The design guides help to ensure that all design and building projects meet our standards, and reflect our design principles.
Our design guides are for everyone involved in the planning, design, or construction of a Kāinga Ora development or housing project.
They set clear expectations for delivering quality homes and communities, providing a consistent framework guided by our key design principles.
