A great place to work
We asked some of our people what makes Kāinga Ora different to other workplaces, and the answer was unanimous: "I love getting the chance to make a difference and work with a team of people that care about me".
Kāinga Ora has important work to do and our aspirations are big. We can only achieve our goals if we are working together, at our best, towards a shared vision.
We believe that people do their best within an environment of trust, care, contribution, humility and learning. We also do our best when we take personal responsibility to achieve our shared vision and maintain a working environment we are proud of. Our working environment is the foundation of our success as an organisation.
