We’re committed to lifting our performance across the key focus areas identified in our Reset Plan, from housing delivery to financial sustainability. Our quarterly scorecard helps us stay accountable, measure progress since our reset, and ensures we deliver better outcomes for tenants and communities.

We use the 2024 financial year (FY24) as our baseline because it reflects our performance prior to the reset, providing a clear point of comparison to track improvements.

We're focused on delivering real results for our communities — here’s how we’re tracking this quarter.

Performance scorecard - as at 30 September 2025

The purpose of the scorecard is to demonstrate our performance quarterly against the key priorities areas as identified in the Kāinga Ora Reset Plan.

FY budget reflects that aligned to Kāinga Ora accountability targets.

1 Disruptive behaviour SPE only implemented in 2024/2025.

2 The last quarterly scorecard showed our results after tax. We've changed to re-tax reporting as it is a more accurate reflection of the organisation's financial performance.
