This development will be completed in two stages, with the first four homes delivered by Māori build partner Far North Group in January 2023 and the remainder completed by June 2023.
The Jamieson Road development is the biggest Kāinga Ora has built to date in Kaitaia. The development also has rooftop solar PV, a first for Kāinga Ora in Te Tai Tokerau.
