To help meet the urgent need for more housing in Papamoa, Kāinga Ora is partnering with Gemscott who are developing 41 new modern homes in Doncaster Drive.
The development has 2 stages of delivery – Stage 1 - 13 homes, were completed in February 2023, Stage 2 – 28 homes, completion end 2023.
