Community Engagement

There is a community room features a high level of glazing along its street façade to ensure appositive interface and strong connection with street as well as provide for passive surveillance.  Landscaping has been concentrated around these areas to soften the built form.  In particular, columnar vegetation has been proposed along Elmdon Street frontage which allows for good visibility from the street at the ground level to ensure the building entry is   that includes resident car parking, bicycle.
