McLennan

On the border of Papakura and Takanini, around 600 new homes will be built over the next 3-5 years on a 24-hectare site. To date, over 130 homes have been built.

Housing New Zealand carries out the master planning and subdivision of the McLennan project; private builders then purchase superblocks to develop house and land packages to sell onto private buyers.
