Blessing for the new homes coming to Kapiti Coast

These new modern homes will be constructed on existing Kāinga Ora sections to make more effective use of our land. These new homes will be fully insulated with carpets, curtains and double glazing.

The blessing was well attended including the Kapiti Coast District Council Mayor K Guru. Kāinga Ora Stakeholder Relationship Manager Josh shared a coffee with those that attended the blessing and discussed how these new homes would help address the growing housing need on the Kapiti Coast. 

"We understand the growing need for housing on the Kapiti Coast” says Josh.

"These homes, and the others currently in the pipeline for the Kapiti region are great steps in the right direction to meet that need.”
